Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Your billing cycle starts on the day you upgrade, and you'll be charged the Pro rate of ₦15,000/month. You can cancel or downgrade at the end of any billing period.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) via Paystack. Bank transfer is available for annual Pro subscriptions. All payments are processed securely and you'll receive a receipt by email.

Your site stays live on your free hapni.in subdomain. Your custom domain will stop resolving, and Pro-only features (AI Copilot, advanced analytics) will be disabled. Your content and media are never deleted.

On the Starter plan, you can create one event website. On Pro, you can create unlimited websites under one account — perfect for agencies or creators who run multiple events per year.

Yes. We offer a 50% discount on Pro for registered non-profit organisations and community-run festivals. Send us proof of your non-profit status and we'll apply the discount to your account.
